I’ve been somewhat abusing this place for the past week or so, but it’s Christmas so you can’t really blame me! I received a nice Samsung 20inch LCD monitor along with a nice copy of Final Fantasy XII for Christmas this year. The monitor was a great gift since I’ve been using the same 17inch CRT Elements monitor for the past 3 years, and I’m loving the new resolution and depth of this Sony monitor.
So what goes on in the world of anime? Well, Code Geass episode 11 was pure awesomeness. My favorite part in the entire episode was the meeting between Kallen and C.C. Do I sense a bit of jealousy here? I can’t wait to see her reaction when she finds out who Zero truly is. Jeremiah AKA Orange-kun seems to have escaped unscathed as well, although I don’t think the same can be said about his mental condition. The mecha battles were intense, and we also got to see Todou and his knights in action. Oh, and you might also be interested in that a second season of Code Geass has been officially announced - it will fire off in Fall 2007, meaning the Code Geass team will be taking a half year break after the first season. There’s currently no information on the length of the second season, but I personally believe it’ll be another 25 episodes, capping Code Geass at the big 50. Fanboys REJOICE!
